OH Holy Hell…….so much of this…..I am always too much or not enough, i live and breathe and die in the silence, and she wants to have a bluetooth to my brain so she could know my every thought and that may be the scariest place on earth….

I lived in silence for a year and a half – during pregnancy with my third (very unexpected) child and open adoption by one of my best friends and her partner. The process, the big feels, were all too much for words. Inadequate is too weak a word to describe how words could not contain what I experienced. It’s been in recent months that I’ve started writing about it, still keeping my distance from the hardest parts.
