On the morning I turn 39 (2 weeks from now), my first thought will be “Why the heck did I register for this?” Then I will hop out of bed, put on my oldest workout clothes and sneakers, and go do my first Spartan Race! The deep thoughts and reflections will have to wait… but the first quiet moment I have, I will sit with myself and ponder things.
